    Please confirm for 540xi in 07424 lease credit of $3500 and loyalty of $2000 and 36/10 residual of 60%. On a lease in NJ is sales tax paid on the full cap cost before rebates, on the monthly lease payment, or something else?  TIA

    Confirm 60% for 36/10
    Confirm $3500 and $2000 incentives

    NJ taxes the sum of the payments, plus any taxable fees and down payment. Collected up front, but you can choose to roll it into the monthly payment.

    I'm looking at a deal for a Demo with 3K miles. How does that affect the residual.

    It is for a 2019 M550i
    Term is 36/10K miles

    Can you give me the residual and MF on this? Also, I'm assuming the MF provided is based on top tier credit.

    Hi experts! I need some help with calculating my payments. I’m registering the car in IL Suburbs (zip code:  60089) looking for $0 down

    Im looking into a few 5 series with either 12/15k miles per year 30-36months (whichever leases better). 

    1. 2019 BMW 530xi: MSRP: $60,495- discount: $4,500 and rebate additional $4,500 which brings the car to $51,495. According to the dealership. 

    2. 2019 BMW 530xi: MSRP$59,995 (not including discounts or rebates) 

    3. 2019 BMW 540xi MSRP $65,295 (not including discounts or rebates)

    Long time lurker here...quick question about rebates and stacking them:
    I seem to qualify for many programs. I have USAA, Loyalty, G pricing (corporate discount) etc. How many of these stack together for a lease program? I'm currently in a 2016 535i and it comes due in December. I would be looking for money factor /rebate / incentive info for the following:

    540i sedan
    15/36
    zip 33414
