I am am going to attach a photo of the proposal, could you provide me with an accounting of how you go to that number so that I can review it before making the final purchase. My car comes in Thursday 5/9/19.

Few things I already noticed is that the selling price is off by $294.12, the mileage is incorrectly put in as 10k/year as oppose to 12k/year. Lastly the whole box with the RV is throwing me off, it says it’s at 57% but when doing calculations it’s really at 60%. 

It’s got me confused!

When I did the calculation, it seems that they are using 60% RV and accidentally put down 57%? Either way, I’m doing 12K/yr so it should be at 59%. Let’s say they don’t change it to 59% and keep it at 60%, that would work in my favor correct? The higher the RV the lower the payments?

If you pay upfront, you are reducing the tax on the payments, so the downpayment is taxed, as well.

They can't use the wrong residual. If they use 60%, then you are only getting 10K/yr

@Anjums87 The numbers are all correct. The rebates are taxable, as well, which is why the sales tax is $2400

It looks like a good deal, but it is for 10K/yr, not 12K/yr
And, as you noted, the selling price is higher than what they told you, previously.
But, the MSRP is also higher than your original numbers.

I wouldn't have put that much money upfront.
With just $3000 upfront, the payment would be $722/mo.

Can you please provide MF, RV and incentives for 2019 540ix, 36/10k?  

The car is a demo with 4,400 miles being leased through a broker in the NE but I’m in FL.  How does that affect which MF, RV and incentives apply?  ie, the state it’s leased from or the state the buyer is in?  My zip code is 33176

And, won't the cost of the broker and the transport to FL negate any additional savings you might realize?

Working a deal locally in DFW... First time I've leased a car in TX with its tax differences and it all has me thoroughly confused. I did ask for Owners Choice to get the PHEV credits. These are my numbers below, seems higher than I was expecting:

MSRP: 65785
Discount: -8000
Conquest: -1000 (didn't know there was conquest this month?)
USAA: -250
Owners Choice Credit: -2500
Adjusted Price: 54035

Looking to do European Delivery on a 530e
One dealer tells me that they can discount the price below 5% MSRP that BMW offers, closer to about 8% off but can't offer any lease rebates, another dealer tells me that they can only do 5% off MSRP but they can honor all existing BMWFS offers. It looks like they will discount nearly 10-12% off existing cars in stock and provide rebates.
Anyone have any insight on this?

I believe the dealer is correct - if you do ED, you do not get the lease credits, and the pricing is fixed.

No info on conquest, but it's not surprising they have it.
12% off MSRP is just "okay" for a demo. You may be able to do better.
VIT is Texas inventory tax. Technically, that is a tax the dealer pays, but every dealer in TX passes it along to their customers, even though it's not required.

Not intimately familiar with OC.
I believe OC uses APRs instead of money factors.
While the base MF for a lease is .00165, the corresponding APR for OC could be higher.
Without knowing that rate, we can't tell if it's marked up.
Also, the residual you list appears to be for a new car, not a demo. There has to be some residual adjustment (lower), or upfront charge for the existing mileage, which I don't see anywhere.

For 36/15, if it were new, and a lease, I get a payment of $706/mo. Accounting for the existing mileage would add about $20/mo. to that price. That leads me to believe your APR is marked up.

IM trying to Back into the lease quote i was given for a M550i and I am not able to tie to the numbers on the attached Quote. Im consistently coming in less than their calcs and they are being a tad difficult on confirming how they are calcing the numbers. Any help is appreciated. I am getting the $3500 Lease incentive, $1000 conquest incentive and have requested they remove the dingshield and Permaplate options. Residual is 59% and MF should be .00165 but they had been inflating it to .00205 before i called them out.

No idea how they get to $1245.

Even maximum MF markup only adds $55/mo.

I'm currently shopping around for a 540i in the Memphis area and got a much better looking deal from BMW Birmingham. None of those garbage fees. Also a Sonic dealer but they've been very helpful so far. I would strongly suggest that you try them out.
