When you order a car with BMW, they give you the choice of using either the program in place when the order is made (February 2019), or the program in place when the car is delivered (May 2019).

The entire program - MF, RV and any incentives in place. Can't mix and match them.

Any reason you want to bail out of your existing car so soon? Your best strategy is to ride out the current loan or lease and not roll that amount into the new deal.

*Zip code is 60540, and tax rate given by the dealership is 7%
*MSRP: $81,135.00
*Discount %: 9.50% ($7,707.83)
*BMW credit: $600.00 
*Selling price: $72,827.18
*Rebates: $5,500.00
*Total selling price before tax: $67,327.18
*Cashdown: $10,000
*TOTAL AMOUNT BEFORE TAX: $57,327.18

Just needed help figuring out this last piece of the puzzle. 
I couldn’t have made it this far without your expertise and time which I am very grateful for!

Which model?

After you calculate the monthly payment, multiply the sum of the payments by the tax rate (7.2%, I think), then add that amount to the CAP cost and re-calculate. You have to do it that way, because IL collects the tax upfront.
