We spoke to the dealer today and they got us into a 540i xdrive with an MSRP of about $6k higher and the payment dropped $1/ month haha... its nothing of a drop but we're happy with the much nicer car for slightly less. Thank you for the advice, looks like we got about 18% off MSRP.

    Can you elaborate on how you calculated the "less $1150" for existing mileage and also how you incorporated that into the deal? Is that requested as a further discount off MSRP?

    .25/mile is deducted from the calculated residual for loaner or demo vehicles. You subtract that amount from the calculated residual.

    You'll want a bigger discount from sticker to offset that.
