Would you please also provide the same info for zip 98105? I'm currently living in South FL but moving to Seattle in a few weeks. I could get the car in either location so trying to figure out the best deal. Turns out FL has almost no inventory of NX 300 Hybrids and the few that are around are very weak on options, such as just having the comfort package. I want one with the Premium package (preferably) and the power lift gate option but the nearest one (supposedly) is Georgia.

Can't lease what you can't find. Perhaps you can start to search inventory around Seattle and find what you're looking for.

Generally, I'd suggest shopping anywhere but South FL, but WA has its own challenges - a very high sales tax and some pretty onerous registration costs.

Im moving to south FL in a week - what’s wrong with south FL dealers? 

High fees, hidden fees, shady practices. Just a snake pit.

Here is the deal I was just offered on a NX300 AWD for 48 months/12K miles with $0 cash down, only 1st payment due at signing. Something seems off to me compared to the numbers I calculated in my spreadsheet but maybe I'm missing something or my spreadsheet has an error. I come up with a monthly of around $465. Their monthly is $508.04. Can someone tell me if they are on target and its a good deal and/or my calculations are off?

$17/mo difference over 48 months is just over $800 - they need to account for that in their quote somehow. Acquisition fee is already there, so it can't be that. Some sort of insurance or protection plan they are slipping in?
