I got an offer from a dealer with MSRP $51150. Their destination charge is $995. RV they gave me is $28158. So it’s 55% without destination or 54% with destination. Is RV calculated from MSRP with or without destination charge?
My main question is why their RV is lower than the 58%/57% for 36/39 mo that you have? Are they playing games, or is it possible that their residual is really lower for some reason? I live in zip 91306, but the dealer is in 91362.

I got an offer from a dealer with MSRP $51150. Their destination charge is $995. RV they gave me is $28158. So it’s 55% without destination or 54% with destination. Is RV calculated from MSRP with or without destination charge?

The residual is calculated against full MSRP, which includes destination.

I'll guess they gave you the residual for 39/15, which would be 54%.

I’ve been in communication with a dealer on a 2019 QX60 Luxe AWD on a lease with 39/15k in NY/NJ (10901). I don’t have the buy order; but, this is what I know. 

Currently, I have 6 payments remaining on my maxima which from what I understand, IFS will eat two of the six and the dealer is ‘eating’ the remaining four. 

MSRP: $52,355
Invoice: ~$48,700
RV: $28,271 (or 54%)
MF: 0.00035
Selling price: ~$42,450

I don’t have the adjusted cap cost; but, monthly payment is $440 with $665 due at signing (first month payment, $75 doc fee and ~$150 in dmv.)
