    Same as above, except there will be an adjustment to the residual for the existing miles. We don't know how MB manages that adjustment, however.

    Where do you see best area to push as this feels high? I get closer to $550 w/tax when I calculate. This is at top tier credit. I pushed MF angle, but they said I must be leaving out taxes.

    New GLC 300 RWD - 36/10K
    MSRP - $46,790
    Selling Price - $41,900 (10.5% off) (Includes $1,500 incentive) This is below TMV by exactly the incentive.
    Residual - $25,735 (55%)
    Fees Listed - (License, Doc, Title, inspection etc) - $350
    Sales Tax - $2,618 (6.25% rate in TX - 75205) - They wrap this into selling cost, is that right?
    Due at Signing - $1,000 (includes first month and then the fees)
    Monthly - $660

    If you don't pay the taxes up front - and you aren't, given your due at signing is only $1000 - then they are added to the selling price.

    Same with the $795 acquisition fee (which the dealer can mark up to $1095, BTW).
    There might also be a several hundred dollar dealer fee in there, as well.

    Ask the dealer what adjusted cap cost they are using, and how they arrived at that number from the selling price. Easy to add $110/mo to the deal with all of that.

    The tax situation in Texas, for leases, would have me seriously considering buying this car, instead.
