2) Acq.fee is marked up from $795
3) Dealer processing fee? Seems like that is an end run around the $75 cap on doc fee in NY
4) Correct on MSDs. Not allowed for any NY dealer, for any make.

$2200 discount, offset by $800 in extra fees/markups. Not a good deal.

I'm not surprised they can get you to $20K. You are at $21600 now, with a crappy deal.
