Thanks! That's very helpful. The 1900 is around 1700 in "total initial fees"and 200 in cap reduction tax. They didn't break it down.

I'm going to shop another dealer today and see if I can do better.

Also, what's the general sense on buying the prepaid maintenance for 3 years. They told me I had to get the service at a dealership otherwise it would be void and the prepaid option saves me 30% as opposed to doing it AL a Carte

There is no requirement that you service the car at the dealership. But, you may have to provide proof of proper maintenance, at some point.

Ask for details on the prepaid maintenance plan. Make sure it provides maintenance for four full years. Ask if the amount charged can be added to the MSRP, so it is residualized. Most importantly, ask for the price.

Maintenance plan bumps up the RV by 1%. Initially the dealer said that they don’t change the residual and increased RV by 1% when I said that I wouldn’t get the maintenance plan otherwise.

My dealer just quoted me a new 2019 GLC 300, MSRP 47195, drive off 1,990 (acq fee, dealer fee, doc fee, 1st payment), monthly pay 438 (9% tax included) without MSD. The lease term is 36/10K. He refused to issue a written quote, and said he needs me to sign by Oct 31.

I plugged MF 0.00060, Residual 59% into the calculator, and figured he would have to bring the selling price down to ~$40,750, which is -13.7% off MSRP. Is this a good deal now? My zip code is 19355. Thank you!

One correction, the MF is 0.00016, and the selling price should be around $42,000, around -11% off MSRP
