I confirm .00010 and 53% for XSE 4-cyl for July.

Texas assesses sales tax on the entire selling price. You can either pay that amount up front or have it added into the cap cost and make it part of the payment.

For $389/mo, the cap cost would have to be just under $31K. From the selling price, you've added the bank fee and registration costs. 6.25% of $26K is $1625, which takes the cap cost to $28,700. That leaves a $3300 gap, roughly.
