Trying to finalize a deal but may have difficulty closing today, in which case it would be a November deal. I am being told numbers may change if that's the case (not that they will change, just that they might). I am assuming that numbers likely won't get worse in November but there's really no guarantee there, I guess.

Yes the 435/mo includes tax but a down payment of $2000. With no down payment they said it’s $495/mo which includes tax. So drive off would be $495+government+doc fee. Also the tax and destination fee is how they got from the $38000 selling price to $41301.33 gross cap cost. Wondering if this is a good deal or if I should try to get more discount. My zip is 11803. Is it a total of $2000 out of pocket, or $2000 plus fees and such?

It never hurts to ask for more discount - get multiple dealers involved, and have them compete for the right to earn your business.

When I worked my deal the Inscription trim was the better lease. This was in August so the numbers may be different now.

I would have the dealer run some Inscriptions at same discount percentage to see if it's the better value relative to MSRP. They are showing you a 19% discount which is strong.

My 2019 T6 Inscription had an MSRP just shy of $50,000. The lease for a 36/10 is $465 /month including 6.625% tax with $465 OOP at signing.

So OP you have a higher residual and larger incentive on a T6 for a modest MF bump. If you can get a similar discount I’m thinking you may be able to yield a better lease payment. Worth a shot.
