    We don't know how Mercedes handles loaners. With that many miles, there will definitely be a residual reduction.

    Loaner cars with 3k miles. The selling price is 36900, do you think I can try to negotiate the price down more?

    " C300 2019 $299 a month with $299 down (your first payment) + DMV fees (usually around $600). Those are 7500 miles leases and 10k miles would be about $325 a month."

    I don't know the driveoff amount yet, but I guess around $1000 - $2000.

    Complete noob here so pardon my ignorance.

    I'm looking at a well-equipped 2019 C300 dealer loaner with 5k miles sold with CPO 5 year unlimited miles warranty.

    MSRP - 53,000
    Price - 44,000 (17% discount)
    (+TTL - 48,700)

    Cash down - 1,000
    36 months - 720/mo

    Seems high?
    What should I shoot for on price and payments?
    What else should I ask or need to know?

    It seems extremely high.

    But, you pay sales tax on the full selling price in TX, which doesn't help.
    I'd shop more dealers. Someone in TX can probably get you into a brand new one for that payment.
