    Your residual doesn't match the Lexus programs (nor, is the residual you list 55% of the MSRP you've given)
    You might take another shot at getting the numbers (and, not rounded off estimates).

    As an update, here is the latest email I received from the dealership in Charlotte, any thoughts?

    Michael, for your own curiosity the current LFS New Car Standard Rent Charge Factor for Tier 1+ is: 0.00265 on 24-48 month terms. We are working with special subvented rates provided by LFS. I’m not sure what else to tell you other than the rate of .00058 is the correct final money factor in this case. It has been adjusted down using the maximum of 9 MSD’s and does include a very small amount of profit. The MF of .00105 somehow relayed is not correct or relevant to the term you are contracting on. If you would like to go deeper into this when you are here I will do my best to provide further breakdown.

    The 1.392% equivalent rent charge you have access to, is well below industry standards and market averages in all respects. We look forward to seeing you this week.

    The dealer is correct, mostly.

    The standard rate is likely to be .00265.

    The subvented base rate, however, is .00105, which they are marking up (includes a very small amount of profit).

    Your call to continue doing business with them, or not.

    You already have the car, right?

    The dealer adjusted their deal by $2700 from the first contract you signed. You should get in there and sign it. No point in re-hashing what we've told you for the past week. You can't take the car back. Don't screw around until they stick you with the original deal.

    just a quick question. Is MF the best interest rate that we can get if a credit score is good?
