Putting all taxes and fees into the lease except for the license and registration fees. No down payment. Residual 64% or 35010. Quoted monthly payment of 701. Due at signing is 701 plus the 353 for license and registration. Highest tier credit score.

    What is the adjusted CAP cost, after rolling in the fees and taxes?

    Doing a shorter term lease in Texas is not helping you. Texas taxes the full selling price of the vehicle, so you are amortizing that high tax over fewer months.

    What is MF/RV for RX350 FWD Base or RX350 FWD + Luxury package 10k/36 in 30005? Lexus web site shows $389/month with $3599 down on RX350. Is that a good deal?

    I was able to secure a deal for RX 350, MF 0.0006, RV 58% lease cash $2400 in Georgia. Saved a lot of money from the initial proposal by the dealer. Thanks Kyfdx..

    Hi there, would you be able to give me the MF, RV, and any incentives for a 2019 RX 350 Premium FWD, 10k/36mo, in 92109? A dealership said that their money factor was .001, but based off this thread, I feel it should be less and they wouldn't budge. Also, in Southern California, what % discount should I shoot for off of the MSRP?
