These come from the bank, and are in addition to any discount from MSRP you are able to negotiate.

I also got similar quote from Fullerton Alfa Romeo for Stelvia TI AWD with Dynamic Package and Dual Sun Roof which has MSRP of $53K (3K down and $495 per month). However, for Stelvia TI AWD with no additional equipment ($46.5K MSRP) , monthly payment given is only $349 and offered for around $299.

What is puzzling me is , for $7K increase in MSRP how come monthly payment is going up by $200

$7000 / 36 = $194/mo

That isn't how a higher MSRP will translate into higher payment. That would only be valid if you were paying $7000 more for the same MSRP vehicle.

If your payment is $200/mo higher, then you aren't getting the same percentage discount on the more expensive one.

$46,500 MSRP - total lease cost = 35 X $299 + $3000 = $13465/36 = $374/mo. = $8.04 per thousand of MSRP.

Using the same rate, $53K MSRP should equal 35 X $353/mo. + $3000.

But, you have two payments listed for the cheaper unit, and only one payment listed for the more expensive MSRP. Seems like you got a bottom dollar quote for the cheaper one, but didn't pursue the more expensive one. It's possible they might have come down substantially, if you had. (just supposition)

It's also possible that the low MSRP unit is hard to move, because of the lack of options, so they are cutting the price to the bone.
