    TMV is a purchase number. It's possible that it includes dealer incentives that aren't available with the lease program. If that's not it, I have other information
    There is additional money on the TMV page called “rebates” that lowers the price below TMV — if you click the link I provided you’ll see. I do believe the actual purchase rebates currently available are more than Edmunds says they are so maybe you’re right and those excess (purchase only) rebates are serving to lower the TMV.

    Edmunds shows an additional $2500 in rebates lowering $32,174 TMV to $29,674.

    On Ford's website, they show $500 + $1500 = $2000 of standard purchase rebates + $2000 of rebates if using Ford Motor Credit.

    I guess $4000 - $2500 = $1500 which seems to be the difference between what TMV says I should be able to get and what I have been told by multiple dealers is their "bottom dollar." I just wanted to ask you guys here and make double-sure this is accurate.

    I've never paid $1500 over TMV for a car.

    Happen to know how much the Ford RCL renewal rebate is on the 2019 Fusion Hybrid SE in NY zip 14226? I am eligible for RCL renewal (had another Fusion term recently) but getting conflicting numbers, $1000 or $1750. Thanks!

    We do not have the Ford loyalty information.

    How are they conflicting? Two different dealers?
