The money factor is marked up from .00054.

Do you have the actual residual amount?

Amount due at signing is $3,578 (up front taxes. 1st payment, and acquisition fee).
No cap cost reduction.
Don't have actual residual amount.  Dealer said it was 53%.

There will be a per-mile adjustment to the residual for the 7700 miles. If what we've learned is correct, it's .20/mile for all miles over 3000, or $940 subtracted from the calculated 53% residual.

If you could get them to share a copy of the deal sheet with you, that would clear things up.

I could not get a deal sheet from the salesperson, but he did advise that the actual residual value would be $31,046. To me, that comes in at 51% RV, based on original MSRP of $60,845. Does that help in determining whether this is ok or not?

Looks pretty good to me, relative to MSRP. Big discount to account for the miles already on it.

Searching on behalf of my mother, who has never leased a vehicle herself. She is looking at a 2019 GLE 43 AMG 4MATIC Coupe in Texas as a DD (replacing QX56).

From what I’ve seen, the MSRP is $80,775, $995 of which is the destination charge. The invoice appears to estimate at $75,591 and figure dealer holdback is about 1-3% (profit of $5,991,75 to $7,607.25). She intends to secure it, but I’ve told her to ask for $76,000 and 39 months or which ever term is the lowest per month. I would suggest lower, but I figure it might be dismissed as too low.

Is this a fair offer? What monthly amount should she target, as term doesn’t matter, but one hopes to get the most for their money (as in lowest payment w/o anything down. A potential total loss can equal waste of a downpayment. Credit is above 750. Vehicle just arrived on Monday at dealer, with allegedly "many" interest buyers.

In summary:

• Need most reasonable capitalized cost for Texas (EPTX area)

The mileage allowance of 12,000. It will be a DD, but I think instead of 10k, it will be fine at 12k.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately it just got sold this morning. They promised her another incoming unit in 3 weeks, but are trying to offer bad numbers for 36/10k at $1500-1700 on $80,775. I only arrived at dealer to intervene, after she spoke with sales manager. I figure they are jacking up the MF. My mother refused a credit check until she's ready to buy an available unit.

Leasing in Texas will always be very expensive.

It's possible they marked up the money factor and/or the acquisition fee.

I am looking at a GLE 4MATIC AWD, which is a loaner. What should be the MF and Residual on a 36/10 and 48/10? I was offered 53% and 40% and a MF of 0.0089 which seems high. Any recommendations?
