    The numbers are definitely regional. If you shop out of your region, I'm not sure which numbers they will use.

    State of sale doesn't make a difference, the residual is normally nationwide and the mf/apr is regional, where the vehicle is licensed matters, you pay mf/apr based on where you live (state you register the car in)
    Also keep in mind that incentives change regionally and tax can change slightly from county to county.
