Curious how end of year pricing is going for the 19s, would be good to have the lease numbers to work with too. Looking at GT AWD and GTS AWD, 24/10 in zip 97034

We don't have any pricing info.

GT: .00189 MF and 53% residual. $8300 lease cash
GTS: .00188 MF and 53% residual. $8900 lease cash
Thanks! Sorry I didn't mean to suggest I was looking for pricing as well, I was just saying if I get these lease factors then I can target a sales price I'm looking for. Doesn't seem unrealistic to think a sub $400 lease is possible, but I haven't seen many advertised that low.

I think once you start putting in the numbers, that sub-$400 may be hard to achieve. No sales tax will help.
Unless I'm doing the numbers wrong, if you can find a 2019 GT willing to go for $37-39k it seems the numbers run sub $400. No tax definitely helps, might have to put down $500-600 for fees, etc. Or am I off?

What is the MSRP on a GT?

    42,725 for an AWD GT.

Are there any other potential stackable incentives right now? I saw something about $1k Christmas Bonus that works with the leases.

We don't have any other incentive information.

If you can get a GT AWD for $37,000, then subtract the lease cash, the pre-tax monthly payment works out to be $349/mo

That assumes that all fees, etc. are paid up front. Add roughly $40-45/mo for every $1000 of them you add to the selling price.

Leased a 2019 Stinger GT2 AWD with a MSRP of $54,040 for 24 months/10k miles. Here are all the terms. If anyone can tell me what it will cost me to buyout the vehicle in a month I would appreciate it. I really don't understand everything about the leasing numbers. All of this should equate to at least $11,000 leasing cash incentive, 52% residual, and the .00192 money factor.

Another thing I cannot tell is nowhere on here do I see a car sales price of $37,650. Are all these terms incorrect or would I not see that number on any of this?

From what I can see, the sale price of the car is $51,015.
$12,400 in rebates makes the net price $39,615

It seems that the buyout should be $44,352 minus one month's depreciation.

But, take note of that big black box labeled "Early Termination".

Without seeing all of the contract (and, possibly being a lawyer), we can't tell you for sure. There could be something attached to those rebates that allows a "clawback", if the lease is terminated too soon.

The sheet they showed me during negotiations had a sales price of $37,640. So this lease sheet is essentially saying otherwise? I know I also had to pay $990 in Destination and $799 in processing fee not included in the sales price of $37,640.

This piece of paper doesn't delineate all of those extras. It just gives you the "agreed upon value". You have to do the math, if you know the other numbers. Seems like the numbers match up (or, pretty close)

So if I understand you correctly, for me to buy out the car it would cost me $44,352.45 - $677.15 (one month depreciation) for a total of $43,675.30. Does this sound right?

If I subtract the agreed upon value of vehicle ($51,015) by capitalized cost reduction ($11,583.74) it looks like I actually paid $39,431.26 for the car price, correct? Before the $799 processing fee and $650 acquisition fee.

I still can't figure out how I find the $37,640 price that was on the paper they were using when negotiating with me.

Here's the Early Termination and Purchase Options section of the contract.

23B: Purchase option before Maturity. That should be the section that applies. Refer back to 22D for calculation. Seems pretty straightforward.

So after looking at all these numbers more I think I've discovered how to get to my car sales price of $37,640.

In section 11a, the "agreed upon value of vehicle" is $51,015. They included the $990 destination charge in that amount. Subtract $51,015 from $990 to get $50,025.

Then in section 6b1, the "rebates and noncash credits" is $12,400. Subtract $50,025 from $12,400 to get $37,625.

$37,625 is close enough to the $37,640 number.

    Does this make sense?

Still can't tell if this is a good or average deal from what others have gotten.

How does one initiate a buyout? Through the dealer I purchased?

You'll want to negotiate a discount from MSRP, before applying the $8500 incentive

I got quoted for a Base 2019 Stinger for 10,000 miles over 36m. Seem to me math is a bit funny even though I assume a residual of 50%?? Was expecting around $250 a month on $2000 down??

    RWD or AWD?
    ZIP code?

The lease program on the Stinger is not very good, but until we get the answers to our questions, we won't know for sure what the issue is.

kyfdx, what is the residual and lease cash for a 24/15 term on the GT RWD?

Kia is currently advertising $4000 customer cash for this vehicle, can this be combined with the lease cash?

    Thanks!
