If you can get a GT AWD for $37,000, then subtract the lease cash, the pre-tax monthly payment works out to be $349/mo

That assumes that all fees, etc. are paid up front. Add roughly $40-45/mo for every $1000 of them you add to the selling price.

If anyone can tell me what it will cost me to buyout the vehicle in a month I would appreciate it. I really don't understand everything about the leasing numbers. All of this should equate to at least $11,000 leasing cash incentive, 52% residual, and the .00192 money factor.

Another thing I cannot tell is nowhere on here do I see a car sales price of $37,650. Are all these terms incorrect or would I not see that number on any of this?
