Other than they are the ones closest to Highlands Ranch, no particular reason.

We got 3 of our 4 Fords at Medved in Castle Rock, and the 4th at Freeway Ford.

If a dealer inflates the RV- can I just tell them that the actual or correct RV% for that specific model is what I found out at Edmunds forum. And they have to accept/ can’t refute that because it’s coming from the correct source (Blackbook / ALG/Finance Company)? Will it end the discussion for that part of the calculation?

Kyfdx- what source do these numbers come from? And do the dealers have the same exact numbers in every case?

The dealer cannot alter the RV - it is set by the bank.

Our sources are confidential, but accurate for Ford Credit.

Confirm the trim, term and miles per year - all of those could influence the RV used.

Zip 08822. I do not know the breakdown of the $2k cash however I calculated the Lease myself and coming up with ~$50 gap per month. I calculated a Net Cap Cost of $60,647. NJ Tax rate is 6.875%

I get $672/mo. with that NET CAP (not including tax), so pretty close to your calculation.

I don't see the tax amount on your list, or the lease acquisition fee. $1800 is lot of difference, but I'd get the exact NET CAP from the dealer, so you aren't guessing. Then, ask them to disclose the APR, to make sure it isn't marked up.

*Interesting note - I was negotiating two weeks ago on an Expedition and the GM was using the APR% on the lease payment - not the MF. When I inquired about the MF, his face went blank and said that they mark up the finance rate by two points. When I told him that it was unacceptable, he told me that they would honor the MF rate if I bought/leased that day. They didn't have the car I wanted so I punted but now that they do, I'm going back to see if they will offer the same deal.

You should convert the APR % to a decimal MF for your calculations.

Yes, .00043 is the correct MF to use.
