    Hello- Just got a quote for a 2019 Highlander XLE- said MSRP is 44,255- He quoted me 41,137 capital cost , and 66% residual - AND 0009 money factor. our zip code is 28173- I feel that this residual is high - money factor is high - and I am sure that price is too big - payment comes to $449- 3 years 36,000 miles no payment down (and we are trading in our 2018 Toyota Sienna leased vehicle with mileage overage -sigh

    Has anyone on here ever lease a vehicle from out of state? Do you have to register in the same state for Toyota Financials MF to apply? I see that New England residents have a very low MF while I am in PA with one that is about $45 more per month. Over 3 years that's $1600 more in interest payments so, considering driving up north to lease in the Boston area.

    That's a good question. We've heard it both ways.

    You could try calling a dealer. You'll probably need to get through to the F&I manager to get a straight answer.
