    Recently got back from the dealer and here are the numbers I received

    2019 ILX Premium A-Spec (Washington State)
    MSRP - $31045
    Price - $27292
    Residual - .59%
    MF - .00200 (says this is what the MF is set at)
    Mileage - 10K/yr
    ACQ Fee - $595
    Doc Fee - $150
    ILX Wheel - $149

    Upfront - first months payment

    Total monthly with everything included = Approx $450

    Would you aim for anything better is this a decent deal?

    That's a big payment for a $31K car.

    The lease program is just not that good.

    Sure you wouldn't rather have an TLX?

    Would you consider the $450/ month a high lease price even with 10% sales tax included? Here I was thinking that it was a pretty decent deal lol.

    A TLX would be great but the price tag is pretty steep.

    So, $400-ish before tax? Still a big payment for a not-so-big car, and a big payment relative to MSRP.

    You can lease a nice Accord for that kind of money.

    Hmm... with the info, what monthly lease payment would you try for? Do you have a recommended price range I should stick to? I have no problem walking if the dealer can't offer.

    Just not a great lease program. Only way to improve it is to negotiate a lower selling price.

    I am getting an offer from dealer in CT for an ILX premium trim: 36 months 12k miles a year with $0 down.
    The money factor is .0019 and the Bank fee is $595. Premium: $389.39/month. Is this a good deal? Also what do the incentives consist of, all i can find at the moment is a college rebate (which i qualify for) a military and a loyalty.

    What is the amount Due at Signing?

    The incentive is an Acura-to-dealer incentive, so you won't see it anywhere. It should be reflected in a lower selling price.
