    What is the MSRP? That's the number the residual % is calculated against.
    I don't think $33235 is your Gross CAP. Given that residual, it looks like the MSRP.

    The dealer I went to only showed 2250 in rebates 1750 lease cash and 500 loyalty coupon for leasing a 2018 Sonata.

    In SoCal with 9.5% tax 36/15K, signed the lease yesterday on 2019 Tucson Ultimate FWD for out of the door price of $351 for 35 months plus $850 which makes $365 for 36 months. MSRP was around 31,500.

    Residual was 56%, not sure about the money factor and the dealer used $4000 in rebates

    I apologize if this is a dumb question...

    When you say "36/15 - .00185 and 53%; $4500 lease cash + $500 bonus cash", does that 4500 + 500 cash come off the negotiated selling price? Say I negotiate $30,500 for price, does that cash bring cap cost down to $25,500? That seems like a huge savings. Thanks!

    When you are negotiating price, you have to ask if their numbers include incentives. Get the incentives and those questions squared away upfront, before you start making/accepting offers. Because the dealer can say whatever they want.
