I am wondering why selling price is $29,575 although there is $4,600 incentives.  Would it be the same thing, or, I should ask for them to calculate monthly payment with the selling price after the incentives?  Is it a terrible deal simply  because they don't give me any discount from MSRP, except for the incentives?

    It is a terrible deal because there is no discount from MSRP, aside from the incentives.
