.00091 MF and 56% are correct for 36/10.

However, I am getting a payment of $502.07/mo, tax included, with those numbers.

Either the MF is wrong, or the total capital cost. Ask the dealer about that.

Also, I'm not quite seeing how the $2000 up front is covered - ask for an itemization of that, as well.

What that doesn't show is that $1364.65 from the $2000 goes to CAP cost reduction.
If you add up the itemization of Gross CAP cost, you'll see that it's been subtracted, even though there is no mention of it.

The upfront tax is the tax on that CAP cost reduction. Adding that to the first payment and the CCR gives you the $2000.

The money factor is marked up to .00115.
That adds $19.74/mo to the lease payment

What's the adjusted cap for the quote? You have to add in tax and the acquisition fee.

Yes, we recommend you pay just the first payment and any government fees up front. Roll taxes and fees into the payment for exactly the reasons you've stated.
