So i have a deal in writing for a 2019 Premium Plus A5 Cabriolet at a $50,000 purchase price, 9.238% state and local tax rate and with fees rolled into monthly payments. For a 36 month 10k the monthly lease payment is $757 and a 12k monthly lease payment is $773. Is this a good deal?

Would be great if someone could provide the Money Factor, RV and incentives for 63131 (MO) so i can run this through a calculator.

The dealer cash is part of whatever discount from MSRP the dealer offers you. Doesn't go into the lease calculator at all.

This is in Massachusetts. One of the last P+ A5's left with the dealer. I worked with the same guy from the dealership for my last lease, so there is some discount here for being loyal to them I guess.

I will get the final adjusted CAP cost tomorrow when I go to put a token deposit on the car.

Already put up a deposit for the car so that he can bring it over from upstate NY! Thanks guys for all the help with providing me the numbers.
