I'm looking for a brief deal check on an offer I got today on a 2019 M35i. They've marked up the MF at much as they can, and they've included Ultimate Care +, which I had asked to be removed, but aside from those two issues how does this look? I was told it includes $750 lease credit and $1,000 loyalty, though I don't see them explicitly mentioned in the paperwork. Any help would be much appreciated!

$537/mo with $1300 due at signing is a pretty good deal. But, hold out for the base MF.

The incentives are likely part of the discount from sticker, but it doesn't hurt to confirm.
