At first glance it looks like the money factor is incorrect at .00066 instead of .00031. Are there any other red flags I'm missing on here or does this seem like a solid deal?

Alright, got the base MF now. Does this look to be structured correctly? A lot better than the original $594 per month they quoted me.

What is the $498 in "aftermarkets"?
I wouldn't give them $2500 to start the lease. Just first payment and registration costs only.

Net cap cost is $44089. $895 acquisition fee and destination charge. $835 due at signing (includes first month payment and $264 capitalized cost reduction.) They have the monthly at $571/month (plus taxes, not sure of the %) Trying to figure out if this deal is worth it. Can you give the residual and MF as well? Thanks!

Payment of $574/mo

My case is kind of unique as Kansas has property tax (which explains the $800 additional down as the tax bill is around $879).
The dealer also moved 1K of the discount from the discount to the Trade in on the lease document. I don't think they were lowballing my trade as the best value I got at other dealerships was ~$2,200 and $1,500 at carmax.

I ended up driving 4 hours to St. Louis to pick up this car.

We have personal property tax here in CO, as well, but you pay it when you register the vehicle, not when you sign the paperwork.

I would ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and an itemized list of what what added to the selling price to get there (taxes, fees, junk stuff, etc.).

Using the MSRP and net cap cost you provided, I get $499/mo, before taxes.

Given the low out of pocket amount, I'll guess the IL state taxes are being added back into the cap cost, as are the acquisition and dealers fees. Get the adjusted cap cost, with a breakdown of how they got there from the net cap, and we can look again.

Then, you need to work on getting the selling price lower.

Get multiple dealers involved; rarely does one dealer negotiate against themselves.
