For Audi, 36 months is the sweet spot.

39 month residual is 2% lower than 36 months. It will result in a slightly lower payment.

The lease programs on Audis are just not all that good....

And, I would start a lease with $3000 out of my pocket. In NY, we recommend you pay the first payment, the registrations costs, and the taxes up front, and roll the fees into the monthly payment.

While I have lost confidence in what the dealer is telling me. Another dealer is discounting the same vehicle in PA by $6500 without showing any "rebates". Audi Financial basically said the dealers get these incentives and can distribute at their own discretion to unload whatever vehicles on their lot.

Ir you have non-existent credit, I'm not sure that an Audi is the right car for you to lease.

You should look at cars that don't cost as much.

And, no way would I start a lease with $10000 up front - with that to start, and $695/mo, you could likely buy the car instead of lease it.
