Thanks in advance. I'm still new to leasing. I'm trying to negotiate a deal based on the MF I was given above - .00005. The dealer told me that I could get .00065 and if I got .00005 it wouldn't be considered a standard rate so the USAA incentive wouldn't count. This sounds super sketchy to me but would like everyone else's thoughts.

I don't know anything about USAA incentive, except it isn't dependent on money factor. The dealer is marking up your rate for extra profit.

Adding the $895 acq.fee + $595 doc fee to the selling price gets you to the Gross CAP.

I don't see any allocation for DMV fees (but, no sales tax, right?)

We show an extra $500 of Eastern Region lease cash, that it doesn't appear they've credited you with.

Looks like a great deal, with no money factor markup.

Yes no sales tax in NH. Also, the Audi dealership is telling me there is not Easter Lease cash right now. That is was an incentive last month that was terminated. Thanks again for all of your help.

If they are marking up the MF, then there is room to move on the deal.

Tell them you want the base MF, or you'll work with another dealer.
