    I couldn't get any of the dealers out here to budge more than 12% off msrp- its a fairly desirable car in Cali, so I'm satisfied..

    I also traded a 2018 Q5 that was only 6 months into a 36/10 lease and this is all in including the trade.

    I took the deal and think it was very good but let me know!

    Why shop now, when you have 3 months left on your current lease? You're still resposible for those payments, and generally they will find their way into the new deal. Why pay for a car you aren't driving?
