    Posting a follow up to my early August numbers request for 44333. I ended up signing a lease for
    a 2019 Murano S AWD. I cannot recall the selling price but it was under invoice before incentives.

    MSRP 34,600
    RV 56
    MF .00065
    36/12
    Selling price under invoice
    960.08 rolled into selling for early lease turn in
    4950 in incentives
    270 monthly with tax and 600 down

    Could you also please provide me with the numbers/incentives for a 2109 FWD Murano SV for 36/12k. The dealer is stating that they can "add factory leather" to an SV model vs going up to an SL. Not sure if you have heard of that being done. We are in 33064.

    Yes, aftermarket leather is a thing - I had it added to a car I bought many years ago.

    However, be advised that you will pay for 100% of that cost (probably $1000-2000) in the lease term, as dealer added accessories are not subject to the residual. Any savings you might realize from the lower MSRP of the SV may be taken up with those costs.
