    MSRP : $40,830
    Dealer MSRP Discount : $6063
    Murano SL Bonus Cash :$2000
    Murano Holiday Bonus Cash : $1000
    Customer Cash Back : $3000
    Deals Fee ,& Accessories : $489

    True Price : $31,706

    I am asking for $2250 - > NMAC Cash and some additional discount so that Drive Off I am asking is $30K

    My question is :
    a) what is $2500 Incentive in above thread. Am I missing some thing
    b) What will be the lease price for 24M/10K min. miles with $1000 down
    c) Any link for 1% rule.

    Total Cash of $4700 includes:
    $1000 Nissan Holiday Bonus Cash - 2019 Maxima/Murano
    $1700 NMAC Lease Cash - 2019 Murano
    $2000 Nissan Customer Bonus Cash - National excl WR

    Compared to what you have above, I'll guess that the lease gets $1700 NMAC lease cash, instead of the $3000 Customer Cash Back that is part of your quote.
    In other words, the lease price is probably $1300 higher. So, instead of targeting $30K, you might have to target $32K.

    Can I get all the lease incentives on a 2019 Murano Platinum zip 55126.

    Also, looking to lease 36/12 or 39/12. What is the Residual and MF for these 2 options?

    Lastly, I am eligible for the Nissan VPP which gives me a price of $150 below invoice minus any incentives. Can I do better without it? Thanks.

    1- seems incentive/mf are the same for sv and sl, can u give me the 24/15 fwd for sv and sl?
    2- I checked Autotell as well, over there I saw $750 lease loyalty , is it stack able with this 4950$?
    as a reminder in October 2018 , i got my 2018.5 murano for $312/month, I negotiate for 17% off of MSRP with Dealer before any incentive , with this information if I can duplicate the same discount I can get the same car with <$200 , my Santafe lease is almost up and I am thinking to get 2x Murano:smile

    Turns out the incentives are way more regional than I thought. I used the $4950 from a previous post, which was also FL.

    For your ZIP code, the incentive is $2500 for the S or SV, and $3000 for the SL

    24/15 numbers
    .00065 and 62% (SV) or 60% (SL)

    Yes, loyalty will stack on the lease incentive.
