    Do the numbers for SETF vary locally or are they set throughout their entire region? To clarify, I mean for the exact same model and lease term.

    No way to prove it to them.

    Rarely do we see Toyota dealers mark up the MF; could be they are quoting a higher MF before they pull your credit.

    The alternative is that they are using a different bank.

    Are you sure they aren't quoting .00011 ? (three zeroes)

    Toyota has Tier 1 and Tier 1+, with the Tier 1 numbers .00010 higher
