We don't know the actual Standard MF
But, 63% residual is correct, assuming a 2% deduction for manual.

$38,399 looks like the selling price.
Do you have the Adjusted CAP cost?
DMV and doc fees are high in AZ, plus sales tax rate is relatively high.
That doesn't help the payment.

If you think it's too much, tell them you won't sign without a lower payment. That will be one way to see if the MF is marked up, and if they'll come down.
