We gave you the wrong residual. It is 48% for 36/10, not 50%.
With the money factor the dealer is using, the Acura-to-dealer incentive is $8400 Given that, the $9625 discount is inadequate, and this deal is not good. You need a much bigger discount.
Acura has two programs .00050 MF with $5550 incentive or .00215 MF with $8400 incentive
Also, $1040 of miscellaneous fees? The lease acquisition fee is $595. We don't know MN DMV fees, but make sure they aren't padding this number with garbage, as well.

It was intended to get them to realize I knew that if I paid the .00225 MF the incentive for it boosted the true cost of the car above MSRP. If that's truly their bottom dollar to sell the vehicle, then so be it; I won't be buying it. They haven't been totally honest with me on MF available and the incentive used (they said it was 5550 incentive at the .00225 -- not even .00215...they know I'm a return lease customer).

I’m thinking I might sign up for a lease with the high MF to get the higher incentive and then buy out the lease after a couple months. I usually buy my cars instead of leasing but since the lease incentives seem to be so high I’m thinking my strategy might be the way to go.
