Dumb question - Are the incentives manufacturer to dealer? I'm negotiating the trim of TLX referenced and they are only taking off about $7500 from MSRP. I should be able to negotiate % off MSRP and then also add in the $7650 in incentives, right?

Loyalty is Acura-to-customer.
But, the other $7650 is Acura-to-dealer. There is no incentive to deduct from the offered price, but I certainly wouldn't settle for $7500 off, if the incentive is $7650

.00225 is for new Acura customers; if you make a single security deposit, you can reduce it to .00215 (and, we do)

Thank you so much again. The dealer did get back to me with the $1500 out of pocket as follows:

The payment of $402.00, and the tag fees of $262.00 are paid, and the balance is used to pay the taxes on the down payment as required by PA law, the balance will be used as cap reduction, or down payment to lessen the monthly payment.

$1500 less 402.00 payment, less $272.00 tag fees, less $217.90 upfront taxes on $ total due at signing leaves $609.00 going to lessen the payment impacting the payment by about $18.00 monthly.
