I have never done the lease calculations on a Ford, partly because they do leases differently from everyone else. But if you just convert the APR to a MF (by dividing by 24 or 2400 depending on how it's expressed), are all the other calculations the same as a typical lease?

Divide APR by 2400 to get the rough equivalent MF, then calculate as normal.
