    Just a quick question. To get MF, do you simply take the 0.70% APR above and divide by 2400?

    Looking for 36/12 for limited and ST 4wd 07960.... MF / Residual and incentives. Is it the same is above?

    56%/52% LTD/ST and $2950 Lease Cash for non Ford owners? Those look like some pretty good numbers but not sure.

    Thank you. I knew something was up. The dealers lease price on this was coming out to almost $980 with a APR of 5.45% and the "monthly rent charge was like $200"...this brings the number down to $788/mo and a monthly rent of about $30

    Can you explain what the "dealer cash is". This quote my brother got showed $2,000 in "rebates" but nothing about the $300. Is that their holdback?

    The dealer cash is a factory to dealer incentive, which will be part of any price they offer you.

    The lease cash is a customer incentive, which is used like a down payment.

    sharing some information that we communicated with me this past weekend from one ford dealership and wanted to know if their deal was good, fair or great?!

    location: northern NJ
    2020 Explorer XLT 4WD
    36/12k

    MSRP: 41,080
    Truecar Pricing (as they claimed): 38,933
    Selling price (including $3000 of rebates, as they claimed) 35,933
    Document Fee: $399
    Bank Fee: $614
    MV Fee: $399
    Tax: $1,251.38

    best deal they could offer to me was $3,062 ( which is the doc fee, bank fee, MV fee, first month and taxes) due at signing and $389/month

    my calc's using the 56% RV and 0.70 APR got me to 376/month that the same 3,062 down.. am i correct or close in my calc?

    this is all i know and all through email with no support on the MF and RV from their end.

    at the end of the day, i didnt go the deal b/c i cant put that much $$ down, personally that way too much for a lease

    i wanted no money down, except first month's pymt and they couldnt move of deal and so our deal fell short.

    If you want to roll the taxes and fees into the lease payment (as you should), figure another $60-75/mo tacked onto the lease payment.

    I'm closer to your calculated payment than to the dealers.
