Here's the current National lease offer:

I calculate .00425 on the lease factor (10.2%). Maybe I'm wrong, that seems crazy high.

If I plug in an MSRP of $32,595, Net capitalized cost of $29,697, 36 months, Residual Value $20,535, $3,040 cap reduction I calculate 63% residual and .00425 lease factor. My inputs are straight from the Hyundai National lease offer details.

The Net CAP already includes the CAP reduction. (ergo, NET Cap)

The money factor in the example is .00200.

The current Hyundai programs run through Monday - we should get the new information shortly after that (Tuesday or Wednesday)

Here is the incredibly detailed quote I received today on a Limited. The MSRP is $47,875. So, basically $7,000 over MSRP, when you account for the $3,000 customer cap reduction and factory $1,000 lease cash.

Payment $668.64 + tax. Only license/reg, doc fee and first month payment at drive off.

The MF and RV seem to be more in-line.

That appears to be full MSRP for the selling price, minus the rebates.

Correct, this dealer is selling at MSRP less rebates. The other dealers in my area are marking up 3,000-7,000 over MSRP.

The June numbers for Hyundai were extended through next Monday, so we don't have the Palisade numbers yet. Likely Tuesday or Wednesday next week.
