    We took delivery yesterday of 2020 Ascent Limited 8 passenger in CT. 36/12k lease. According to information I got on this forum, 0.00040MF and 57% residual applied. So here it goes:

    MSRP 44,243
    Residual 25,218.51
    Selling price 39,921.23 plus 240 reg plus 595 acquisition fee plus 598.95 dealer fee plus 11.88 cap cost reduction tax plus 3.00 lemon law = $41,369.96 gross cap cost
    Cap cost reduction was $187.14
    Adjusted cap cost 41,182.82
    With MF 0.00040 results in base lease of $470.01 plus 6.35% tax=499.86 a month

    Paid $687 at signing (first payment plus cap cost reduction of $187.14)

    Dealer also wrote a check for $445 for the last lease payment of another brand vehicle which I returned on my own (too high residual to trade in). Can't tell if selling price could have been lower by the same $445, but we were quite happy with the deal.

    The Touring quote given previously is wrong.

    Dealer can mark up the MF, but the residual is fixed by the bank

    You sure it isn't a 7 seater? The RV would be correct, and the .00130 MF would represent a max markup of .00050 allowed.
