Call me impressed. I have to say that a lease cash incentive of $3,000 is something I wouldn't have expected at this point in time. This certainly makes up for the slightly higher MF and 1% lower residual.

As we mentioned, previously, BMW incentives can be regional in nature, and we don't have that member's specific region, so our info may not be correct.

Website information is frequently wrong. We do show regions that have the incentives listed in your link, but other regions have greater incentives.

Sorry, I might have been responding to another member from Florida, earlier.

At this time, the only Florida numbers we have are from the NE Florida market.
Generally, those numbers hold true for all of Florida, but sometimes they vary.

I wouldn't depend on what someone at the dealership tells you, off-hand about the incentives. for the M50i model. From my experience, most dealerships don't have an M50i model in stock. And, incentives vary between the 40i and 50i model.

At this time, the only Florida numbers we have are from the NE Florida market.

That may help the psyche, but it doesn't change what affects the wallet. The total cost of the lease is the same, except you are risking that up front money if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.

Does the loyalty credit apply to current or former BMW owners and/or lessees?

I've gotten mixed information from two different dealerships. One says you have to be a current BMW owner, the other says you can be a former BMW owner.

I can't answer it definitively on this model

But, my friend leased a 2019 X1 in September, and he got the loyalty credit for owning a '99 Z3.

You do have to finance or lease with BMWFS, on the new unit. Cash sales are not eligible for the loyalty incentive.
