Doing a custom order on 2020 X7 40i. MSRP is 90500. Dealer is giving a discount of 9% (82384) for lease. 10K/36 months lease with taxes (7%) rolled in coming to 1208 pm. Is it a good deal.

Dealer put MF @ .00177 which is marked up compared to regular rates. Is that negotiable?

As a previous poster said, I would also recommend riding out your current lease and start from scratch. If this would be an incredible once in a lifetime offer on the demo and you would only have two payments left, I'd say why not. But neither the discount (keep in mind, $8,200 off (10%) is what you can get these days on a factory ordered one and frankly, only an additional $1K off for the fact that it's a loaner doesn't cut it IMO) nor the remaining 5 (!!) payments can turn this into a good deal.

On my current Q7, I have exactly 11 days on my lease left and I will drop it off exactly on the lease termination date - and not a day early. I paid for 36 months and I keep it 36 months. My X7 arrived at the dealership today but I won't pick it up anytime sooner.

On LeaseHackr, most folks there say you should be able to get 10% of MSRP minimum on an ordered X7. More off if you buy one that's already on the lot.
