    Lol I know. Thanks for still answering. The dealers dont ever break down the rebates, even when asked. Also Volvo has a million different combinations that affects lease cash and MF. Every month they change so much.

    Hi: Looking at an XC60 T6 Inscription for 80023. Here's what was quoted

    $64,255 MSRP
    $2,000 June Lease Incentive
    $1,250 Costco Membership Incentive
    $3,128 Dealer Incentive
    $57,780 Lease Price

    $849/mo for 36mos @ 12k miles.

    Having trouble backing out the residual and MV, but something doesn't seem to add up here.

    Is the MF/redisual better for 12k at 39mo or 36mo? Thanks!

    Discount: $6,466
    Sell Price: $57,789
    Cap Reduction: $2,000 (incl. first payment and tax, so $1,102 applied)
    Base Monthly: $736

    $0 due at signing.

    Tax adds about another $59.99, so total payment of $797.

    Good deal? Or able to squeeze a bit more?

    I can't recreate the dealer's math on this one. For starters, the MSRP is $64,255. The quote they sent has a RV of $34,904.80 (or 54.32%). For 36/12, 56% of the MSRP should be $35,982.80. That's a $1,078 delta adding to my monthl payment.

    While I have the Sale Price, and a Cap Cost Reduction amount, I can't come up with the Gross Cap Cost. I bought a prior Volvo, and the Gross Cap Cost was simply the Sale Price + $599 (Dealer Fee) + $695 (Acquistion Fee). Using those numbers here, I can't make their math work, even incorporating their RV.

    Feel like I'm getting yanked around.

    If the residual doesn't match up, then it's likely the MSRP stated is wrong... or, maybe it's a loaner/demo with existing mileage. There is always a reason.

    Thank you for this. Newbie here so pls don't skewer me for asking these questions :)

    1. Is the $2250 lease bonus a volvo-to-dealer incentive or the dealer's own incentive for the customer (separate from manufacturer's incentive to the dealer)?

    2. When negotiating, is it recommended to try and push MSRP down first based on average MSRP #s from Edmunds), and then ask to apply lease bonus, costco, USAA (and dealer's own incentive if applicable)?
