There is no Federal rebate, it is a tax credit. I don't know the correct amount for the Mercedes, but it goes to the owner of the vehicle (MBFS). In turn, they provide the $4460 rebate to the lessee.

The inception fees are $2456.08, and you are putting $2447 upfront. The extra $9.08 is rolled into the CAP cost.

Your payment calculation? Obviously, you and the dealer aren't using the same sales tax rate. It appears their rate is 10.25%

.00152 MF? The bank sets this rate. You can compare it to AWD, but then AWD residual is 2% lower, as well. Ultimately, it is what it is.

Generally in CA, an MSRP of that amount would have total DMV fees of about $520. Your total is around $360. You'll have to ask the dealer why they are so low.

Acquisition fee is marked up from $795

Noted in my last response about the acquisition fee being marked up.
It is easier to ask for a price reduction, than to negotiate the acquisition fee.

The total Due at Lease Signing = $2402.53 (the sum of the numbers you listed)

That number and the monthly payment, are all that matter. The rest is just estimates.

You will owe annual registration fees each year, though. Be aware of that. Those are paid to the state when registration is renewed.

Current MB programs are set to expire on 7/31, which means the new programs would be released on 8/1.

However, as that is a Saturday, it's possible that the July programs will be extended through Monday, 8/3, with the new programs released on 8/4.

But, we won't know any of that for sure until next Friday.
