2020 Mercedes Benz GLC-Class Lease Deals and Prices

Hi! I could use a little bit of guidance and help as I begin to negotiate the lease of a 2020 GLC300 4MATIC. The attached picture is of the initial pricing from the dealer. I have not yet tried to negotiate AT ALL so I realize that this is currently not a good deal.

Given the info that someone kindly provided in this forum, I used an RV of 54% and MF of .00108 to calculate that the lease payment I should be striving for should be somewhere around $655/month (with tax) with $4000 down payment.

Vin #, zip code, etc. can be found on the attached doc. Also, not sure it matters, but they would be transferring the car for me from a dealer in Kentucky to North Carolina. Does that factor into the cost?

I'm really just wondering if someone could check my math before I start pushing the dealer to meet me closer to the desired monthly payment. Also, open to any advice on what I can say to get them to meet me in the right place. Please let me know!

How much of the $4000 did you attribute to CAP cost reduction?

Thank you for the response! I'm obviously fairly new to this whole process. I can definitely ask the dealer for the lease acquisition fee, base payment, and monthly tax. If it helps at all, this is how I calculated the payment I mentioned above.

You can't apply the whole $4000 to CAP cost reduction, because the first payment has to come out of that amount.

Unless you are paying $4000 + 1st payment at lease signing.

Again, the acquisition fee is $795, and most dealers mark it up to $1095.

I have a vehicle I like and the MRSP is 71500. What is the good target range? I was looking to knock down at least 10% off MRSP and then apply my fleet discount to get some additional discount.

I heard 2021 vehicle is rolling out in October so hopefully I could get some nice discount for 2020 model.

I am pushing this dealer to give me base MF. I guess I will have to find a different dealer. My credit score is >800 and I shouldn't be paying more than the base money factor.

I was quoted $1060 monthly payment with 0.0018 money factor. Only 1st month payment due at signing. I am getting sub 1k monthly payment with Edmunds calculator.
