    Shopping for a 2020 Camry TRD in NorthEast (10464) and received the following lease quote:
    Term: 39/12k
    Taxes (8.875%) and Fees Rolled into payment
    MSRP: $32,823.00
    Sale price: $30,795
    Residual Value: $18,805
    Money Factor: .00081
    Monthly payment including taxes/fees/gap: $420

    I am waiting to hear back from dealer on potential
    cash incentives. Was hoping for at least a loyalty incentive of $500.

    If not, considering paying $1k out of pocket to reduce monthly payment. I’d like to be at or under $399 a month.
