Got a worksheet from last month for one MSRP 48,495, selling 42,200 with $4250 rebates. As quoted, 50% RV and .00002MF for 12k/42 with a monthly of $364. I think this is pretty decent. Hoping to replicate for this month.

Do you know the adjusted cap cost? Your tax obligation in Texas is against the selling price, which hurts you on a lease. With that number, we can run the payment and see what's going on.

You are missing a lot of numbers. No itemization of sales tax, acquisition fee, or DMV fees.
The adjusted CAP cost would include all of those numbers, since you only have first payment upfront.
