That's actually a decent quote with $1K out of pocket.

Nothing wrong with trying to get a bit more shaved off the selling price, however.

But, I'd verify that $43648 is the adjusted CAP cost.

+$359 dealer fee
+$595 acquisition fee
+$140 upfront tax on rebate
= $43975

That's $330 more than the "total price", and we haven't factored in DMV fees, or anything else.

Also, verify that it's a Chrysler Capital lease.

And, ask for the money factor used. They may have marked it up.
