After talking to a salesperson at the dealership he mentioned that the Big Horn is leasing better right now. It's a 2020 as well with the Night Edition package. I have attached the leasing quote that he gave to me. The MF is waaaay higher on his quote. My understanding is that the MF is not negotiable. Also, the $593 with without the $1500 down.

Just looking for a little guidance as to what I should do. Thank you!

I'd guess that quote is through Ally Bank.

We don't have their numbers. They obviously have bigger incentives
If the dealer is using Ally, then that likely results in the lowest payment.

I can't tell from your sheet what the amount Due at Signing is. But, it appears to be $1500.

Just sharing for those looking to pick up a Ram 1500. Here's the deal I got after working with a dealer in eastern PA although I live in NJ: (zip 07960)

turned in lease with Ally bank for a jeep Wrangler with several months left- Ally quoted $2100 due to turn in early.

2020 Ram BH with Night Edition, $54K MSRP, and got dealer to add in mopar hard tonneau cover ($1050 retail)

No money out of pocket except for first month. 42 months 18 K per year (15 K standard, and then dealer added in 3 K more per year and showed it as a purchase of additional miles on the lease - which was rolled into the monthly lease cost

Total : $569 per month. No out of pocket except first month. No cost on Jeep turn in. All tazes, etc included.

Hello, just wanted to share what I'm about to lease. I'm still trying to back into the monthly payment; will see when I get the final paperwork tomorrow

2020 Ram 1500 Quad Cab Big Horn V8 -

MSRP 43,575 - Only options were $200 Paint and $245 remote start

Selling Price - $39,189 - they agreed to make one existing lease payment of $221.

Residual value 60% @ 36M @ 7,500/yr

NY Taxes (up front) 8.625% = I'm calculating $1,651, but sheet yesterday only said $731.

Rebates: $11,000 - I don't know how they came up with that much; I was under the impression it would only be $7,500 - $8,000 of qualifications.

MF = .00175 or effective 4.2% which is high, but seems to have a good RV %; Teachers Federal Credit Union - For Long Island Residents only

Dealer Fees = $486

$1,500 Cash at drive off for 1st, T, T, L and Fees

Monthly = $226.00

Overall, I'm pretty happy, but I think there may have been more meat to pick off the bones. Honestly, they had me under the impression that the rebates were only $7,500, so I thought to get to the $226, the dealer discount was higher. I think I'm missing something else, as my calc gets my monthly to lower than $226. However, I really don't think there's much out there that can be leased that cheap with a $43K MSRP. Still shocked at 11,000 in rebates...I need to get that sheet tomorrow to see what they have, because knowing that I could have went in with different approach.

Seems like they are mixing up purchase and lease numbers. In Florida, the tax is collected monthly along with the payment. It isn't added upfront.
